Srinagar, Sept 3: The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has announced that all educational institutions across the Kashmir Valley will remain closed on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in view of adverse weather conditions.
The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff.
Authorities have advised people to stay updated with official notifications and follow necessary safety guidelines during the prevailing weather situation.
