Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Class-IV (MTS) Posts: Minimum Matric (10th Pass) and Maximum 10+2 as per S.O. 184 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020, read with SRO 99 of 2008.
For Sanitation Worker Posts: Minimum 8th Pass and Maximum 10+2 as per S.O. 132 of 2022 dated March 29, 2022.
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification on or before the cut-off date (November 3, 2026). Those with qualifications other than those prescribed shall not be eligible. Candidates with equivalent qualifications must produce an Equivalence Certificate from competent authorities when required.
Domicile Requirement
Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and hold a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority on the prescribed format, valid on or before the cut-off date of November 3, 2026.
