The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional Merit List (PML) for NEET-UG 2025 candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The list is based on data received from the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Government of India.
According to Notification No. 085-BOPEE of 2025 dated 01-08-2025, candidates whose names appear in the list can now participate in the online counseling process. However, candidates with deficient documents (such as domicile, DoB certificate, 12th marks card, category certificate, compulsory service bond, etc.) must submit the missing documents physically at BOPEE offices in Srinagar or Jammu by or before August 4, 2025 (till 2:00 PM). Failing to do so may lead to cancellation of their candidature.

A separate rank list has also been prepared for candidates who applied under the Sports Category, appended as Annexure-B.
A special direction has been followed in compliance with the High Court order regarding candidate Mansha Iqbal Kelam, who has been allowed reservation benefit in NEET under court orders.
Candidates who wish to raise objections against their merit position or any other issue must submit representations physically by August 4, 2025, as objections via email or WhatsApp will not be entertained.
The final schedule for online counselling will be notified separately on the official website www.jkbopee.gov.in.
The Board has emphasized that all applicants must take personal responsibility for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted, failing which they may be disqualified at any stage.
