The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the schedule for the submission of offline Permission cum Examination Forms for Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th) for the Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2024 examination. This notification applies to students in both the Hard Zone and Soft Zone areas of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Key Dates and Fees:
1. Submission of Forms (Normal Fee)
- Dates: 22-07-2024 to 05-08-2024
- Fee:
- Re-appear/Failure/Fresh Private candidates: ₹1365
- Candidates with additional subjects (5+): ₹1610
2. Submission of Forms (Late Fee of ₹770)
- Dates: 06-08-2024 to 15-08-2024
- Fee:
- Re-appear/Failure/Fresh Private candidates: ₹2135
- Candidates with additional subjects (5+): ₹2380
3. Submission of Forms (Late Fee of ₹1985)
- Dates: 16-08-2024 to 25-08-2024
- Fee:
- Re-appear/Failure/Fresh Private candidates: ₹3350
- Candidates with additional subjects (5+): ₹3595
Eligibility Criteria:
1. All fresh private candidates who are otherwise eligible.
2. Re-appear/Failure and eligible candidates of all previous sessions.
3. Candidates must complete/clear the examination within five years from the session in which they were placed under the re-appear category.
4. Fresh eligibility cases as per procedure/norms and applicable fee.
Instructions for Heads of Affiliated Institutions:
- A nominal fee of ₹10 per candidate in addition to the requisite fee is chargeable by the institution.
- Admission-cum-Examination forms cost ₹20 per candidate.
- Disabled candidates with a disability of 40% or more are exempted from the examination fee.
- If the last date falls on a holiday/Bank holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission of Examination forms.
Additional Guidelines
- Candidates must mention their first allotted roll number used during their previous examination under regular or fresh private category.
- Forms for subject change/additional subjects/English only/Completion category/Improvement of performance are available for eligible candidates.
- Proxy or fake attestations are strictly prohibited.
