DSEK Invites Applications for 748 Cluster Resource Coordinator Posts in Kashmir

The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a notice for the recruitment of "Cluster Resource Coordinators for Teaching Support" for the academic session 2024-2025. This recruitment aims to enhance educational support in government high and higher secondary schools throughout the Kashmir Division.


Key Details and Terms:


- Temporary Basis: The hiring is strictly on a temporary basis for the academic session up to March 31, 2025.

  

- Remuneration: Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of INR 25,000, contingent on satisfactory character verification and performance evaluations.

  

- Application Criteria:Candidates must be post-graduates with at least 50% marks in their respective disciplines and domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Applicants can apply for one district of preference but may choose multiple subjects if they hold post-graduate qualifications in more than one subject.

  

- Age Limit: Applicants must be born between January 1, 1984, and January 1, 2006.

- Requirements: Applicants must upload a recent passport-size colored photograph along with self-attested copies of necessary certificates:

  - Domicile certificate.

  - Date of birth certificate.

  - Post-graduation marks card.

  - Relevant certificates for higher qualifications (M.Phil, Ph.D., NET/SET, if applicable).

  - Conversion certificate from CGPA to percentage.

  - Research papers (up to five) or corresponding achievements.


Selection Procedure:


Candidates will be selected based on merit, using the following weightage scale:

- Post-Graduation in the relevant subject: 85 points.

- NET/SET: 3 points.

- M.Phil: 5 points.

- Ph.D.: 8 points.

- Publications (national and international): 4 points.


Clarification on Weightage: Candidates with both M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees will receive a maximum of 8 points, with the highest degree (Ph.D.) given priority.
