DSEK Issues Advertisement for 164 Cluster Resource Coordinator Posts


 

The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has officially released the much-awaited advertisement for the recruitment of Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for the academic session 2024–25 (Revised). The notification, dated 9th July 2025, invites online applications from eligible postgraduates for 164 vacancies across all districts of the Kashmir Division.


This move comes shortly after the department had approved the CRC hiring process, as reported in earlier updates. The final advertisement now outlines the complete district-wise breakup, eligibility criteria, subjects, salary, and selection method.

Job Nature: Temporary (Academic Session 2024–25)


Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000


Eligibility: Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks


Age Limit: 18–40 years (born between 01-01-1985 and 01-01-2007)

📥 Selection Process:


The selection will be purely merit-based, with a total of 100 points distributed as follows:


PG Marks: 80 points


M.Phil: 2 points


Ph.D.: 3 points


HS/HSS Experience: 7.5 points/year (Max 15 points)
